The Role: We have a full-time position available with opportunities for career progression. As a key member of our team, you’ll handle receptionist and administration duties while supporting our Property Management, Marketing, and Sales teams. With our full support, you’ll have the opportunity to obtain your Real Estate license and advance within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact, providing customer-focused support to clients and visitors.
- Answer & manage phone calls & email enquiries.
- Deliver accurate and efficient clerical support to the team.
- Maintain a key log and check out/in keys for maintenance &inspections
- Assist Property Management & Sales departments:
- Assisting with online listings
- Assisting with maintenance
- Co-ordination of rental inspection appointments
- Manage initial queries & rental applications
- Assist with creation of marketing materials
